Company Profile and Background

Crown Management has served property owners with the successful management of their community associations for over 28 years.  The company was founded in 1981 by Nancy O’Neil and has grown to a complete association management service that assists more than 21 local residential communities and Boards of Directors with the successful operation of their associations.

As skilled property management professionals, our goals are to constantly maintain member goodwill, exercise prudent fiscal management focusing on effective control over operational costs and maintain the common areas and the community to ensure that property values, collectively and individually, are at optimal levels. 

Crown Management is a member of CAI and all managers actively participate in seminars and continuing education.  This provides our managers the ability to offer clients the most up-to-date information on the laws governing community associations
